CNPJ monitoring, every morning
You build the list of companies. monitore checks the official public sources and the press every day and tells you when something changes: a new sanction, a registration change, registered debt, a reorganization filing, relevant news.
Tracking a portfolio by hand does not scale
The routine every credit and onboarding team knows: export the customer list, run the batch query at the bureau, compare this month's spreadsheet with last month's, and maintain the script somebody once wrote to stitch it together. It works until the person maintaining the script moves to another team.
monitore is built for that routine. The portfolio lives on the platform, the check runs every day and the alert arrives in the morning, with the source and date of every record. No spreadsheet diffing, no script to maintain.
And instead of a closed score, verifiable data: every record says which source published it and when it was last synced, so you can check at the source before acting.
What the homemade routine costs you
- Exporting the customer list every month
- Running the batch query and paying per record, even when nothing changed
- Diffing the new spreadsheet against the old one to find what changed
- Maintaining the script or macro somebody wrote one day
Three steps, then you just read the e-mail
Build the portfolio
Paste the list of CNPJs from a spreadsheet, import a CSV or search by name. Every entry is validated on the spot against the official registry.
Tune what matters
News topics per company, who receives the brief and when. Every portfolio is different, and the filter is yours.
Get the brief
Every morning, what changed the day before, split by event type, with a link to the record. A quiet day is a short e-mail.
What the lookup answers
Registration, shareholders, ownership links and the restriction sources on a single screen. Below, monitore's lookup on our own company, exactly as the screen answers it. It seemed fair to start with ourselves.
Every tab states the last sync date and what the lookup does not cover. An unavailable source is shown as unavailable. We never turn missing data into nothing on record. The detail of each source is in Sanctions screening by CNPJ.
Frequently asked questions
What triggers an alert in the brief?
A registration change, a new sanction in the restriction sources the brief follows daily, debt registered as a federal claim, a reorganization or bankruptcy filing, and news classified as relevant to that company's topics. The public-accounts source currently feeds the on-screen lookup, not yet the daily brief.
How many companies can I monitor?
Current lists hold up to 200 companies per customer, with the ceiling set by the plan. Larger portfolios are agreed by contract.
Does monitore give a risk score?
No. A bureau answers how much the risk is worth with a proprietary score. monitore shows what is on record about the company and about the people behind it, with the issuing authority and the date, so you can check at the source before acting. The two usually coexist: the score sizes the risk, the record explains it.
Can I get the data in Excel or in my own system?
Yes. The on-screen lookups are also available through the API, which works in Excel's Power Query, in a CRM or BI tool, and over MCP inside Claude. The brief itself arrives by e-mail. API access is granted by key, on request.
